VADO has won Best Bathroom Tap Brand at the virtual 2020 BKU Awards. As voted for by members of the kitchen and bathroom industry, this achievement acknowledges VADO’s outstanding service and commitment to innovation and the customer experience.
The awards which were hosted virtually due to the Coronavirus pandemic, saw leading manufacturers, retailers and exceptional individuals from across the industry unite remotely, as each were rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
For the second year running Alan Dedicoat, the voice of the National Lottery and Strictly Come Dancing, announced the awards.
Receiving the award of Best Bathroom Tap Brand for the fifth time in the awards six-year history, VADO’s Product and Marketing Director commented, ‘we are thrilled to have won Best Bathroom Tap Brand in successive years.
We strive towards designing products that make a difference and maintaining quality customer care so these awards are a credit to everyone at VADO. I would like to thank everyone in the industry who voted for us.’
Business Director, Carl Hearnden explained, ‘when we launched the Awards, we had one aim; to provide an unrivalled platform to recognise the very best in KBB.’ With 27 prestigious awards bestowed upon the industry’s leading companies, including one for VADO, the BKU Awards 2020 proved to be another undoubted success, proving a global pandemic cannot dampen the enthusiasm and dedication within the KBB industry.
