Saniflo, Pump, macerator and toilet manufacturer, has given Counterpoint, its biannual, double-sided newsletter for merchant and showroom counter staff engage with its readers.
“Counterpoint was overdue a redesign,” explained Saniflo customer services and marketing manager Ann Boardman. “We have breathed new life into the old newsletter to produce something that is much more colourful and bright, with just the right amount of company information and technical advice.”
Counterpoint contains a mixture of brand information, competitions, case studies, tips and media mentions. The latest issue gives readers the chance to win a Makita cordless drill and details Saniflo’s appearances on the television shows The Hotel Inspector and Double Your House for Half the Money.
Boardman continued: “Readers tell us that Counterpoint really helps them keep in touch with everything we have and do to help make their jobs easier, such as the significant investment in training guides and campaigns to keep Saniflo products at the fore of customers’ minds.”
