Victorian Plumbing, an online bathroom retailer, will give its customers leaving product reviews the chance to win a 32” Samsung Series 5 HD LED TV as part of a monthly prize draw, in a bid to encourage feedback from customers with verified order numbers.
Upon product delivery, the retailer sends an email to customers requesting a review, and those who write one will now be automatically entered into a database. Then one name will be selected at random to win a state-of-the-art television every month.
Victorian Plumbing has experienced rapid growth over the past 12 months. It recently announced it was adding to its current premises in Formby with a new 109,000sq ft warehouse and contact centre in Skelmersdale, which it expects will create around 40 new jobs.
