Marco Piva presents a bunch of new designs in 2020

Exciting, fluid, functional. This is the language that distinguishes Marco Piva’s architectural creations, product design and interior design. The effort in material research and technology, the value of differentiation, the design innovation, lead the establishment of Studiodada Associates, whose production becomes one of the most representative of the period of Radical Design.

In the ’80s opens Studio Marco Piva, whose work ranges from large projects to architectural interior design, to industrial design. A traveller and a designer, an innovator who is educated in rational approaches, Marco Piva studies and creates design solutions which are pervaded by stylistic freedom and compositional sobriety.

We brought you the most four inlfuential designs that rocked the 2020!

ON AIR for IGV GROUP

ON AIR is a strategic project for a new generation of lifts interacting with spaces as real elements of Interior Design and, at the same time, meeting the need for a safe environment even in time of coronavirus, with cutting-edge technology and high-performance materials guaranteeing a full saniization of the lift car.

A new mix of technology conceived for safe vertical connectivity, intended for any kind of building.

STONE CITY – ZEN for KREOO

The two new textures designed for Kreoo are born from the incessant search for new possible interpretations of marble.

By playing on the refined contrast between engraving and manufacturing techniques, we find a fine counterpoint of lights and shadows, full and empty volumes, soft and decisive lines, which transform an apparently linear material into a three-dimensional design element.

ADMETO and ADELE for VISIONNAIRE

Marco Piva expresses his fluid and functional style through the Visionnaire Beauty collection without forgetting attention to details and finishes, giving continuity with the products previously launched with the brand.

Admeto coffee table, a combination of various contrasting but perfectly juxtaposed materials, for a composition that is almost an architectural archetype, but modern and functional at the same time: the legs in marble with “striped” workmanship contribute to convey an impression of monumental character, contradicted by the transparency and lightness of the top in smoked glass.

VERSILIA COLLECTION for REVER

The Versilia collection was inspired by a journey along the Tuscan coast, when the sea is silent, and the boats remain in port. Sailboat ropes tip and sway as they are woven by the wind.

Materials invite the touch of their refined surfaces and colours that harmonise with different outdoor spaces: the products adapt to the living environment which is transformed and merged – removing the barrier between Home and Hospitality.

The Carrara table has a simple, clean, and traditional shape, reminiscent of a pier that invites the traveller to meet the sea at sunset – as if it were the tool used to hear its call.
