Federlegno Arredo Eventi Spa has recently announced a new Board of Directors. It is in the interest of greater efficiency and continuous improvement of the organization – as announced by FederlegnoArredo President, Roberto Snaidero – that a merger agreement was recently signed between Cosmit SpA, founder of the Salone del Mobile in 1961, and Federlegno Arredo Srl. Subsequent to this operation, aimed at streamlining administrative and legal processes, the name of Federlegno Arredo Srl has been changed into Federlegno Arredo Eventi Spa, with Roberto Snaidero as sole President. As such, the Assembly of the Company met on the 21st October to renew the Board of Directors.
The new Board members, with a 3-years mandate, sit alongside Roberto Snaidero, who also assumed the presidency of the Salone del Mobile. The members are: Roberto Roberto Snaidero (President), Giovanni Anzani, Stefano Bord Snaidero (President), Giovanni Anzani, Stefano Bordone, Massimo Buccilli, Luciano one, Massimo Buccilli, Luciano Colombo, Giovanni De Ponti, Paolo Fantoni, Mauro Guzzini, Vittorio Livi, Andrea Negri, Emanuele Orsini, Marco Predari, Alberto Scavolini. The assembly also empowered President Roberto Snaidero with the power to: preside over the organization of the Salone del Mobile and the collateral events associated therewith, oversee matters of communication and relations with the media, private and public entities and institutions, both Italian and foreign, with the right to use the title “President of the Salone del Mobile”.

The Salone, which proved from the outset to be the perfect marketing tool for promoting the industry, will continue its association with the biennial trade shows Euroluce and SaloneUfficio (odd-numbered years), EuroCucina and the International Bathroom International Bathroom Exhibition (even-numbered years), as well as the SaloneSatellite Accessories Exhibition and the Saloni WorldWide Moscow.
