The Sea-X collection designed by Jean-Marie Massaud stands for elegance and modernity. From the streamlined sophistication of the folding chairs to the understated innovation of the dining tables, the collection perfectly reflects Massaud‘s meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful approach to materials, textures and colours.
Taking inspiration from the sleek racing sailboats of the America’s Cup, the designer has developed a frame for the Sea-X folding chair that is remarkably light and flexible yet extremely robust. Armrests covered in richly-hued, teak-finished marine plywood bring warmth to the chair, which comes in dining or lounge dimensions; backrest and seat are available in a state-of-the-art outdoor fabric.
In keeping with the elegant minimalism of the chairs, Massaud has created a selection of streamlined Sea-X dining tables in a versatile range of sizes. The tables feature a sleek aluminum base, slanted legs and a choice of premium teak or smooth porcelain tabletop.
A coffee table has been added to the Sea-X collection now.
