CIFF

Asia is gearing up for one of the most anticipated furniture fairs in the industry – CIFF or China International Furniture Fair. This new season will create a new business model to creatively conceptualise and operate a significant international exhibition event, offering a tangible response to the new difficulties and significant changes at play in the global furniture sector.

This model is based on promoting the value of design, the synergy between the remarkable domestic market and the ongoing growth of exports, and the integration of offline and online promotion to optimise and complement the exhibition offering. This gives a fuller representation of the entire furniture industry while still supporting the needs of exhibitors and visitors. CIFF is in its 51st edition this season.

A brand new outlook for modern day problems

A new exhibition design and structure will reorganise the event into two parts, each of which will focus on a different product sector.

The living space is the focus of the first part, which runs from March 18 to 21. Leading Chinese and foreign brands’ newest home furnishings will be on display in the home furniture industry. A section will be set aside for businesses providing OEM/ODM services and one-stop solutions needed by international buyers. New trends in interior design will be highlighted in Homedecor & Hometextile, including artificial flowers, lights, paintings, and furniture accents. The display of outdoor furniture for the garden, including tables, chairs, and awnings, as well as leisure gear and decor will be the main focus of Outdoor Furniture, Sunshade and Leisure.

Office and Commercial Space will be featured in the second phase, which runs from 28 to 31 March. It will showcase office systems and seating, trends and solutions for the smart office, as well as public, educational, and commercial environments, as well as furniture for healthcare and ageing populations. CIFM/interzum Leading Chinese and worldwide businesses will exhibit the most cutting-edge equipment, surfaces, materials, and other components in Guangzhou in 2023. These elements are crucial to the furniture industry’s continued growth and innovation.

With the theme “Design trend, global trade, whole supply chain,” CIFF will highlight world-class businesses and goods that will appeal to both the rapidly expanding home market and rising export demand.
