Designed by Favaretto & Partners, and manufactured by Gaber, the Isidora chair has won the Red Dot Award for Product Design category.
The Isidora chair is notable for the perforated decoration of the backrest. It is made of white techno-polymer, which makes the chair light but also sturdy and durable, both indoors and out. Isidora is available with and without arm rests. The deliberately open construction of the version with arm rests makes it possible to hook it onto a table top, so that operations like cleaning the floor are easier. For space-saving storage, the chair is also stackable.
The Red Dot Design Awards is one of the most coveted design awards in the industry. The esteemed jury presents the honour only to products with a significant design value. The jury stated: “Its practical qualities make the modern-looking Isidora chair a very straightforward piece of furniture that is versatile in use.”
