In his current role, Chris has had a number of accomplishments that included establishing sales growth and defining new accounts while promoting the GRAFF brand within assigned territories, leading IAPMO and certification approval processes, driving new product introductions from the development to completion stages and transforming the vision of customer’s requirements through displays while branding the GRAFF name.
In his new position as National Sales Manager, Chris will draw on his more than 11 years of experience at GRAFF in which he worked as a Sales Representative/Engineer, Regional Sales Manager and most recently as the Strategy and Business Development Manager. His new responsibilities will include developing and training GRAFF’s outside sales staff, acting as the liaison to the Sales and Operations areas collaboratively to drive profitable growth and working with the Regional Managers to establish and implement a business plan, budget plan and objectives for our representatives and their territories. He would also like to develop and communicate key account growth strategies, maintain service levels by establishing solid forecasting and by “listening” to the requirements of our customer base to facilitate innovation, continuous improvement, team building and communication both internally and externally.
“As I focus on my personal goals, I want to expand my leadership qualities and my vision of the organization long term, expand my knowledge base within the industry and continue to contribute to the success of the company overall. There is so much potential for growth and I’m excited about the opportunity to see it flourish for the company, our representatives and our customers,” Chris stated.
Chris’ ongoing commitment to GRAFF will surely have a positive impact on the organisation.
