Brown Jordan Appoints James B. Hardy, Jr. as New Division President

Mr. Hardy will lead initiatives to further develop the Company’s brand strategy and its agenda for market expansion domestically and internationally. Recognized as a skilled executive in the global luxury business, Mr. Hardy has a proven ability to drive brand strategies for premium lifestyle brands in the U.S., U.K, and Europe, including twenty-five years with Ralph Lauren Corporation where he advanced to Senior Vice President/Head of Stores.

”Mr. Hardy began his career with Brooks Brothers in New York City, followed by a position as Merchandising Manager at the Madison Avenue Ralph Lauren Store. Subsequently, he advanced to positions as a top decision-maker at Ralph Lauren Corporation, leading aggressive expansion initiatives for European Flagship Stores, Polo Retail Corporation and Ralph Lauren Rugby. Prior to coming on board Brown Jordan, Mr. Hardy was President of Jack Wills, Inc., a fast-growing British fashion label.
