It is pleased to announce that the return of the broadcaster Gyles Brandreth will host the 2015 Bed Show Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, which this year takes place on the night of the September 22 at the Telford International Centre.
Having received a rapturous reception as the host of the Gala Dinner in 2012 and 2013, Gyles is no stranger to the bed industry and will once again be welcoming and entertaining guests as well as presenting this year’s industry awards.
Now a regular on The One Show and Radio 4 Institution Just A Minute, Gyles is best known for being a journalist, an author and a broadcaster. As the Sunday Telegraph Review’s Editor-at-Large and a journalist for many years, Gyles has interviewed a wealth of celebrities and world leaders.
Gyles’ unique career has also seen him in the role as Baron Hardup in Cinderella, MP for the City of Chester and Lord Commissioner of the Treasury. He’s also appeared in in Countdown’s Dictionary Corner more than any other guest, and made appearances on everything from Dr Who to The IT Crowd to The Gadget Show. In 2014 Gyles also toured the country with his one man show Looking for Happiness.
