New Business Development Manager Appointed at FIRA Service Technicians

FIRA technichianFIRA Service Technicians has recruited a new Business Development Manager as part of its expansion this year.

 

Lauren Larter has joined FIRA Service Technicians (FST) to support existing and potential clients following an expansion of the business.

 

FIRA Service Technicians undertakes complaint resolution visits in the home providing its services to a range of leading furniture retailers and manufacturers. It is backed by the authority, expertise and resources of FIRA International, one of the world’s leading furniture technology centres.

 

New to the organisation, Lauren has several years’ previous experience as an account manager and business development manager. Most recently she worked in the recruitment industry and prior to that, at an IT company managing a project for a Government contract.

 

John Oliver, Manager for FST, said: “This year has seen tremendous growth and Lauren’s role will predominantly be concerned with developing our client base further and communicating many of the exciting new technological innovations in the service to new customers. Her role complements our existing Account Management Team and I look forward to working with her going forward.”
