After sharing premises with Tom Dixon in London, Moooi has now opened their independent showroom in Fitzrovia, a veritable hub of furniture and home accessory stores, at 23 Great Titchfield Street.
The store occupies the ground floor space of the Moray House building, and celebrates Moooi’s signature designs and lifestyle ideas in the context of the brand’s evolution. Past and present collections harmoniously rub shoulders, together with a sprinkling of several new items.
Leading the way is the Lolita lamp by Slovenian designer Nika Zupancn, which has been reissued in a ‘London Pink’ version. As for Britain’s talents, Ross Lovegrove is presenting a carpet collection and London-based Turkish designer Umut Yamac has Perch, a light with a bird-like vibe.
Moooi CEO Robin Bevers said, “A complete Moooi world in the heart of London. This Moooi showroom and brand store represents a very important step in the international growth and evolution of the brand.”
