Macclesfield company joins the Furniture Ombudsman

A historic family furniture business, based in Macclesfield, has joined an independent ombudsman to show its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

Arighi Bianchi, which has been making and selling contemporary and traditional furniture and furnishings in the Cheshire town for over 150 years, has joined The Furniture Ombudsman.
The Furniture Ombudsman specialises in providing Alternative Dispute Resolution solutions for consumers and retailers in the furniture and home improvement industries. It also aims to raise standards and inspire consumer confidence.
