The January Furniture Show has announced a breakfast seminar to be hosted by Anti Copying in Design (ACID) and McDaniel & Co on January 23 from 08.00-08.45am in the Hall 5 Organisers Suite. Titled as “Design Law: The ACID Test”, industry experts will address topics such as protecting designs and Intellectual Property and more.
DETERRENCE AGAINST DESIGN THEFT: Attendees can learn how ACID’s IP Databank (©, Designs & TMs) holding approximately 300,000 designs has helped thousands of settlements for ACID members over nearly two decades.
Dids Macdonald OBE, CEO of ACID and Niall Head-Rapson, Director of Leading Intellectual Property solicitors McDaniel & Co will offer exhibitors the opportunity to learn more about the basics of IP, design protection, maximising and commercialising your designs and how to create a proactive IP strategy.
Anti Copying in Design is the UK’s leading membership and campaigning organisation for Design and Intellectual Property, and will be exhibiting in Hall 1 on stand B90.
