The expression Effortless Style, used recently by Vogue, precisely defines the taste of the new Flexform 2014 Collection. Taste that is present in the new products like in the flavor of the new finishing touches, fabrics, colors. In the Flexform 2014 collection, cashmere covers are introduced everywhere in the sofas, presented in delicate twill weaves and pied de poule, ton sur ton. In the new metal finishing touches, an evanescent champagne color emerges that tones down the boisterous luminosity of yellow gold by diluting it. Some touches of brighter color – teal, ochre, sugar paper, Pompeii red – in varieties mostly on little armchairs and ottomans, stand out at the Salone booth, dominated, as always by colors that range from sand to warm gray tones to dove gray.

WING, a sofa that is light and aerial. The base in metal is raised off the ground and the leg is almost invisible, make it look as if it floats on air. The high back is a soft, low and deep parallelepiped that invites you to have a seat, almost as if it were a chair. Linear and sectional, WING is suitable for home use and perfect for the contract world. It is a chameleonic design, created to respond to a transversal, international audience. The WING chaise longue completes the line, with its wide armrest.
An important typological innovation is found in the introduction of PIUMA day furniture, in the new prestigious essence of mahogany crotch. The PIUMA family is made up of three pieces: a TV table with three drawers, a cupboard with door and drawers and a low piece of furniture with a door. This rigorous line, the cut of the substantial door at 45° and the groove handle, balance the richness of a wood that is decidedly important. Thus the daytime furniture is completed by the dining area, with the recent proposal of dining tables and chairs that have already for some time flanked the wide-ranging Flexform offer for the living-room.
And there are many new variations introduced for products already in the catalogue.
The new little chair FEEL GOOD SOFT and the armchair GUSCIO SOFT is accommodating and generous variations on the original products. The iconic A.B.C. chair is flanked by the new version, A.B.C.D., made more current by important technical modifications and the elimination of the metal armrest.
