Italian design brand for bathroom furniture, accessories and lighting – Ex.t will be visiting the Salone del Mobile from April 12 to 17, 2016. For their first time at the international design fair, the brand has teamed up with designer Sebastian Herkener and Danish studio Norm Architects to unveil new bathroom collections.
For his collaboration with Ex.t, German designer Sebastian Herkner has designed his first bathroom collection named ‘Plateau’. It is inspired by the idea of playing and experimenting with shapes and colours, to create a set of products that are stylish as well as useful and versatile.
A sidetracking plateau is the stylistic leitmotif for the entire collection. Functional and elegant, this detail is a feature in every piece from the bathtub and washbasin to the mirrors, just as a shadow in movement sets down on different surfaces whilst keeping its shape. A set of tactile lamps called Raso completes the collection giving light and colours to a new concept of bathroom that is continuously blurring its borders with the other spaces.
Plateau and a bathroom collection by Norm Architects – both these collections will be unveiled with an exclusive event at Ex.t flagship store in Via Tortona 34.
Ex.t will be present at the International Bathroom Pavillion in Salone del Mobile at Pavillion 22, Stand F30.
