Ercol has announced the appointment of Daniel Sugrue to its executive team as sales and marketing director. He will officially join the company on December 4, 2017, and report to Nick Garratt, Ercol’s MD. Daniel brings more than 20 years of retail experience to the business.
For the last three years, Daniel has been UK sales director for Jazwares, where he has delivered strong sales growth through a number of major retailers. This senior appointment signals a clear strategic intent for developing the brand and growing the Ercol business.
Nick Garratt says, “Daniel has an excellent track record building strong customer relationships across a variety of different sectors. Supported by an exceptionally talented team, Daniel is tasked with accelerating the already impressive growth of the business. We are delighted to welcome him to the team at Ercol.”
Daniel will head up the sales, marketing and customer service teams at Ercol and will be based at its Princes Risborough factory and showroom location.
