Clinchplain Ltd, A sprung seat cushion by a Lancashire-based foam supplier is first of its kind to receive FIRA Gold Product Certification. The family-run business of 27 years which specialises in converting polyether foam and fibre, has received the prestigious quality mark for its new sprung seat, Logicoil.
Tracey Bentley, Director at Clinchplain, explains: “We are extremely honoured and very proud that Clinchplain Ltd has received FIRA Gold Product Certification for our innovative new product, Logicoil. We have researched and developed our Logicoil range for over two years and we believe that we have created the ultimate spring seat. FIRA Gold is an excellent way of providing reassurance to our customers that they are receiving the highest quality product” she concluded.
With the support of one of its customers, Clinchplain has been trialling its Logicoil seats in the marketplace for the past year and has received extremely positive feedback. The company will continue to develop its seating products with the aim of offering an additional high performance seating range over and above the standard foam and fibre options which have dominated the market for many years.
FIRA Gold Product Certification is a quality mark awarded by FIRA International and backed by the Furniture Industry Research Association, experts in the furniture industry for 65 years.
