The Square Collection, presented by Frag, composes of an armchair, a lounge chair, stool and two pairs of tables. Designed by Christophe Pillet, the new collection is defined by angular lines.
The seat design is based on a cube covered in hide or leather, hollowed out and upholstered with two leather cushions: one for the seat and one for the backrest. The gently-curved arms give an enveloping sensation while retaining the clean, elegant lines of the armchair, lounge chair and stool. Four thin metal legs provide structure and a distinctive line, adding length and lightness to these minimalist designs whose only real concession to frivolity is the detailing on the metal feet.
The collection is rounded off by a pair of coffee tables and one of side tables: the rectangular coffee tables are generously sized while the side tables are sleek and square. Both sets match the style of the Square Collection and are complemented by an ardesia grey finish. The special finishing produces a natural-look, textured surface on a tabletop that is unexpectedly thin and light.
