arper stand 2018Leading Italian furniture manufacturer Arper will attend the Stockholm Furniture Fair 2018. Arper will present its latest collections together with iconic products, all set within an inspired space created in collaboration with the Barcelona-based architectural office Maio, and with Jeanette Altherr, Creative Director of Arper.

Arper presents “Together” as the leading concept for this year’s edition of the Stockholm Furniture Fair offering a new take and further exploration of the concept first presented at the 2017 Salone del Mobile. “Together” is a new perspective that places relationships at the center of design: the relationship between objects, which are expressed through the synergistic design of shells, bases, accessories, materials and colors; the relationship between objects and space, in which each element is coordinated to the other with flexibility, so as to achieve the best results; and finally, the relationship between spaces and people, expressed through individual choices and customized solutions as a means of self-expression.

Claudio Feltrin, Arper President and CEO, said, “Together” strongly sums up the theme of the community: spaces that adapt to new situations and suit the needs of everyday life. The theme of being together in harmony has always been at the foundation of Arper’s creation, design, and production: shells, bases, accessories, materials, colors, and fabrics that work together flexibly and fluidly in order to achieve top results.”

Scandinavia is a very relevant market for Arper. The Arper showroom in Banérgatan in Stockholm has been representing a hub to meet the local design community since it first opened its doors in 2012. Now the company returns to the Stockholm furniture fair, an unmissable appointment of the international design calendar.

A selection of the company’s collections, from design icons to most recent news, will be displayed at the stand located at A25: 20. Among the new products of the year: Catifa Up, Cila, the Meety table, and Arcos collection of armchairs and sofa.

“Nordic design is the ultimate source of inspiration to us,” says Claudio Feltrin. “We aim at meeting the elegance and the essence of Nordic shapes and materials with our collections. Our presence at the furniture fair in Stockholm will give us the opportunity to present Arper brand, thus also representing an occasion to meet our Scandinavian audience, surrounded by comfort and beauty.”
