Tom Dixon presents a set of simple boxes and lids, with multiple functions. Weighty and substantial, LID components are crafted in high quality solid blue glass, marble and stainless steel with a high-gloss copper finish. A playful construction set for one’s bathroom shelf, dressing table or workspace.
The solid, coloured glass used in LID’s construction was chosen for its light and colour clarity qualities and acts like a lens with an interesting optical effect.
LID is inspired by the quest for versatility of usage. All the components are interchangeable, allowing one to create their own tabletop architecture.
