TABISSO-Lelievre-JPG-OXYDATION-JAt the recently concluded fair Maison & Objet 2016 in Paris, the TYPOGRAPHIA collection was presented by Tabisso, a French design furniture maker. The collection is a special edition of lounge chairs, with fabric designed by Jean Paul Gaultier for Lelièvre.

The TYPOGRAPHIA collection consists of lounge chairs including all letters and numbers together with a set of floor lamps covering more than 20 punctuation marks. Totally fun and innovative, this new furniture concept allows creative solutions blending interior design and communication.

For the new fabric collection edited by Lelièvre and called Nature et Découverte, Jean Paul Gaultier imagined OXYDATION, a suedine of very delicate soft touch which contrasts with the roughness of the rusted metal aspect. This soft all-purpose faux suede is used in decoration and accessories by Jean Paul Gaultier.

The lounge chairs spelling out JPG from the collection TYPOGRAPHIA from Tabisso upholstered with the fabric OXYDATION were chosen by Jean Paul Gaultier and Lelièvre to present and launch this new textile.

Made to order with a broad array of finish options, the collection TYPOGRAPHIA allows to come up with a unique style with a real signature effect when designing interiors as diverse as offices, hotels, institutions or home.
