Sycamore Lighting has achieved ISO 9001 certification, which its MD says validates its ‘commitment to the highest standards in its operations, sales and management’.
The certification, awarded to the Leeds-based lighting solutions company in May, was achieved with the help of QMS, a consulting organisation that assists companies with receiving ISO accreditation.
MD Gary Baxter, pictured, said the certification “gives our customers confidence that the organisation they are doing business with can consistently meet their needs on time”.
QMS consultant Ben Frisby said the Sycamore Lighting team had worked “extremely hard and showed great commitment” in achieving the certification. He added: “They have a desire to improve wherever possible in order to stay ahead of the competition.”
