Scavolini reinforces its presence on the Iberian peninsula, with the recent opening of a new single-brand store in Madrid. The brand now comprises a network of 12 points of sale distributed across the whole territory.
Situated in Calle Maldonado 30, the Scavolini Store Madrid Barrio Salamanca spans a surface area of 200 square metres dedicated entirely to the latest new products in Scavolini’s Kitchen, Bathroom and Living room collections. The entire display is devised best to represent the product range and the values which have ranked Scavolini among the market leaders and as a reference brand across the globe: quality made in Italy, painstaking attention to detail, impeccable design and maximum freedom of composition.
The store is located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the city’s most prestigious residential areas. The new space is the result of a partnership between Scavolini and Messrs Eduardo and Ignacio Marco, and is distinguished by three large arched windows overlooking the street in an art déco style with a contemporary twist, which is enhanced by the finest materials and finishes. The showroom, manned by highly qualified sales and technical staff, appeals not just to end customers but also to an audience of architects and professionals.
On display are some of Scavolini’s finest collections, including its kitchen ranges Diesel Social Kitchen, Motus, Liberamente, Foodshelf and Favilla, its living room solutions created using the Fluida Wall System and its bathroom furniture offerings Rivo and Aquo, in addition to a broad selection of matching furniture branded Scavolini.
Bearing witness to Scavolini’s focused distribution policy, Scavolini Stores are a key strategic ploy, expressing the company’s deep-rooted belief that the quality of a buying experience is vital to convey brand value to consumers. The project, which was launched in 2006, has developed to an extraordinary extent over the years, and Scavolini today can boast 110 Stores across Italy and approximately 80 abroad. Operation Scavolini Stores is part of a broader distribution strategy that entails the company’s intensive involvement on the global market, with ongoing investments in the consolidation of its distribution network.
At the present time, Scavolini has a network of over 300 points of sale abroad, of which 150 in Europe, around 60 in Russia and in the Eastern Republics, 30 in North America, 20 in Central/South America and likewise in Asia and Oceania, giving a total of over 1300 points of sale world-wide. This successful strategy is based not only on an effective and targeted policy of constantly strengthening the distribution and organisational network, but also on product development tailored to the tastes and needs of the various countries, in addition to a communication policy focusing on “brand recognition” to ensure high visibility of the company’s strengths.
