At the Salone del Mobile Milano.Shanghai, Porro is organising a cocktail on November 23, 2017 to officially celebrate the new opening of Porro Flagship Store in Shanghai, entirely dedicated to the Italian brand: pure shapes combined with sophisticated wood types and shiny metals, creating an unmistakable mix of simplicity, elegance and savoir-faire.
In the bedroom characterised by a natural look, for the leisure time, Modern+Load-it wall composition matches a suspended Modern TV base to Load-it wall panels alternatively in eucalyptus and in the new burnished brass finishing, chosen for the shelves too.
To contain one’s own clothes creating a secret room in the house, the Storage Dressing Room is presented in a wide corner composition in mongoi that alternates open module and modules closed with the transparent glass Iron doors; at the centre two Acquario central drawer units in transparent glass with burnished brass frame, divided in 3 shelves and to be customised with reduced height wooden trays to leave the interior visible.
A wardrobe area presents in sequence the refined Shoe Rack in mongoi with bent enlightened shelves and Block glass doors and Hinged Storage closet with tortora lacquered doors and with new eco-leather doors, smooth to touch and incredibly soft thanks to the foam back. Between its 120 cm modules finished up by enlightened shelves and lights, a Modern+Load-it vanity niche is recreated with a suspended writing desk where to take care of themselves comfortably sitting on Conch armchair by Decoma Design. Finally, to lie down and contemplate the Boiserie characterised by modular wall panels in eucalipto melamine, a Traveller daybed by GamFratesi is displayed, standing out for a black painted metal trestle structure and side backrests in natural leather.
To decorate the corridor between the night and the day areas, Ipercolore unit by Piero Lissoni, playing with the contrast between the refined chrome matching between black stained hemlock, burnished brass and bright lacquer shades from orange to red. In the living area the spectacular System equipped wall bookcase runs full-length from the floor to the ceiling, placing all bets on its finishing in Canaletto walnut and on the movement of the glass sliding door. Enclosed by Iron glass doors, Ex-Libris self-standing glass cabinet, precious at the sight and touch as well, delimitates the relax area furnished with the harmonious lines and relaxed posture of the Jade lounge armchair and the Shanan table by Christophe Pillet, suspended on the Canaletto walnut structure.
In the end, a dining room with an industrial and contemporary charm concludes the set up. The essential and sculptural shapes of Metallico table by Piero Lissoni in the astonishing rosso antico velvet-like finishing, are surrounded by the unimpeachable style of Voyage chairs by GamFratesi in black stained maple with a black leather covering, recalling the essential style of Modernism.
To perfectly store dishes, silverware and the most beautiful glasses, the 2400 mm long Gallery sideboard by is Gabriele and Oscar Buratti is composed by 2 wide Canaletto walnut wings that separate with a light touch, revealing precious enlightened interiors.
