manchesterfurnitureshow2014Lebus Upholstery and Westbridge Furniture are the latest big names to confirm attendance at this year’s Manchester Furniture Show from July 13-16, Manchester Central.

For Lebus it marks a return to the main exhibition event with a 260 m2 stand in the main hall. Also lined up for Central Hall and its first ever appearance at Manchester is Westbridge Furniture.

Karl Walker, MD for Lebus said: “We are delighted to be exhibiting in Central Hall after years of hotel exhibitions. Manchester is a very important part of our exhibition programme and we firmly believe that our new stand location best suits the needs of our customers and offers the perfect environment to exhibit our latest collections.”

The show itself is set to have the most prestigious brand line-up to date with Central Hall heading for an early sell out.
Theresa Raymond, Furniture Fairs co-director said, “We are delighted to welcome Lebus back into the fold and to have secured Westbridge for the first time. With Corndell, Baker Furniture, Buoyant, Furmanac, Furniture Origins, Morris Group, Greenapple, Kingstown, Wood Bros and La-Z-Boy also set to attend we believe the show will be a Must See event for retailers across the country.”

MORRIS SIGNS UP FOR THREE MORE YEARS AT MANCHESTER FURNITURE SHOW

The Morris Furniture Group, one of the biggest and most longstanding supporters of the Manchester Furniture Show, has just confirmed a further three year deal with the organisers.

The Glasgow-based Company will show its four flagship brands at the Summer event (July 13-16, Manchester Central) – Morris Furniture, G Plan Cabinets, Zone and Relaxateeze – on its prominent 460 sq mtr stand.

George McGraw, joint MD said, “Manchester is a big show for us and is a national show held in the North. We have customers coming to us from all over the country.

The timing is good because clients are just clearing the decks from summer sales and it’s an opportunity for them to review stock for the Autumn/Winter season. For us it is a great vehicle to put new products in front of customers.
It is also an unusually friendly show and gives us the opportunity to meet existing and prospective clients in a relaxed atmosphere. It is also extremely well run and the organisers are always incredibly helpful.”
