MAISON&OBJET Paris opens today

m&pThe international authority for home decor, interior design, architecture and lifestyle culture – Maison&Objet Paris open it’s gate  today with a bucket of events, products, exhibitors and trendsetting design ideas. The show will run till September 11. The leading home decor fair connects the international interior design and lifestyle community.

 

More than 600 brands will be executed in this year’s edition. The OBJET sector of the show is offering to discover the best objects and decorative accessories organised by the category. Visitors can explore Kids & Family section, Home Accessories section, Home Linen section and more.  The Maison section offers to explore the best decoration and home interior solutions oraganised by style.

 

Every faithful to its vocation to seek out new trends, every session sees MAISON&OBJET mission experts to analyse new and emerging forms of consumer behaviour. The outcome of their investigations and analysis leads to the identification of a key theme, which is looked at in more depth so that the market’s key players can inform their inspiration and better understand today’s consumer. The show recommends ‘Inspirations 2018’sector which will showcase the theme ‘Virtuos’. Vincent Grégoire from trend agency NellyRodi, designed the Inspirations Space and the Café-Bookstore.

 

Visitors can also explore some new installations during the show. The “What’s New?” spaces present the season’s most remarkable new products organised by theme, items that stand out from the crowd because they are innovative, or because of the materials and know-how used to make them. There’s no better place to get an idea of the wealth of what’s on offer at the trade show.

 

“Share” by Elizabeth Leriche
Elizabeth Lerich has designed an exhibit that’s all about sharing. “Share” presents a new selection of tableware oraginsed into four sections that reveal its many and varied facets: Evergreen is for all things natural , Summer Mix is sun-kised and ethnic, SweetHeritage is classical and chic.

 

“Leisure” by Francois Bernard
Francois Bernard’s “Leisure” explore new stationery, gifts, childern products and accessories. The presentation is divided into 6 evocative parts, each accompanied by an equal evocative verb.

“Decor”, Hall 3’s what’s new? Space looks at new arrivals in small furnishings. In an exhibition design by Francois Delclaux, objects made by craftsmen, mirrors and vases etc are grouped into four distict moods, each showcasing different colours, styles, materials. DARK, RAW, BRIGHT or LIGHT: make your choice depending on how you feel, or even better check our at Hall 4.
