Lorna started her design company Lorna Syson with help from the Princes Trust in 2009 and now sells her work across the UK and internationally to wholesalers, Interior Designers and online.
Lorna’s new home designs can be very nostalgic, but all have a modern edge. It was inspired by childhood memories of classic British past times like blackberry picking amongst hedgerows, and by her own local natural environment, the new collection presents delicate and contemporary designs.
The Song Bird Collection is based on four well-know British songbirds – the Juneberry and Bird, Bullfinch, Robin and Willow Tit. The Coast and Countryside Collection is inspired by walks around the midlands of the UK, such as Bradbury, Land’s End in Cornwall and Warwick.
