Kingstown Furniture unveils a new wardrobe named ‘The Great British Slider’. The sliding wardrobe is aptly named because it is not just great but also designed and produced entirely in Britain.
The wardrobe is the latest design in elegant and stylish bedroom furniture. It features a stunning textured detailing to the doors and is available in a variety of sizes and colour options. It also has matching chests available within the range.
Since its launch at the Interiors UK Exhibition 2014, the collection has been a huge success and as a further added benefit the range has a unique delivery proposition on offer. With our partner, Probuild, we will take full care of the installation process, therefore providing an efficient and hassle free service to the customer.
The wardrobe is available in 3 sizes – 1.5mt, 2.0mt and 2.5mt, and can be finished in a variety of colours, including white, black oak and warm natural oak. Furthermore, there is a choice of either a coloured glass or mirrored centre panel on the doors. There is also the added option of lighting surrounds, which adds a serene, ambient glow to the bedroom.
Design Director at Kingstown Furniture, Dave Frampton, said: “From as early as the end of the 2013 Interiors Exhibition we talked about developing a range of sliding door wardrobes and we felt that this would be a good time to develop our own design.
“We wanted our design to feature a high quality track and runner system with the ability to add the soft closing doors. We also felt that the carcase should be assembled easily and that the doors should be hung simply and have adjustment to help alignment. With this level of quality teamed with a truly stunning design, the range will transform any bedroom space.”
