The Customer Service Award for 2016 was won by retailer member Mike Hughes Interiors of Barrow in Furness, longstanding members of the Kbsa, this is the second time Mike Hughes has won the Customer Service Excellence Award, the first time being in 2013.
Ruth Ward, Sales & Marketing Director, said ‘This award is based purely on customer feedback which I believe is the only true method of judging whether customer performance is genuine, as this type of award must have substance to be meaningful’. KBSA Congratulated both Mike and Anne for winning again.
