The BMA has announced host for October conference, which is to incorporate kitchens for the first time, will be broadcast journalist Juliet Mann. Mann has worked for newsrooms including CNN, Sky News, Reuters, CNBC and BBC, and is currently LBC special reports correspondent. She has previously interviewed business heavyweights such as Sir Richard Branson and Sir James Dyson, and will be introducing guest speakers as they use the theme Marketing the Future for their talks.
“We are delighted that we have been able to secure the services of Juliet for the conference,” said Yvonne Orgill, chief executive of the BMA. “Conference has developed rapidly over the last five or so years and to have Juliet with us for the industry’s most important annual business event is excellent news. One of the aims of this year’s conference is to break down those blockers to progress which are perceived to have dogged the industry in recent years. Understanding the market’s potential, and grasping the opportunities are two of the key messages that will come through.”
The Bathroom and Kitchen Conference Day will take place on October 7 at Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire.
