Two products of HEY-SIGN have been awarded by the jury of the German Design Award 2018. The mural design RELIEF was announced as a winner and the new seating ENNO achieved a “Special Mention”.
For all their products, HEY-SIGN uses the positive aspects of wool felt: the high-quality natural material made of 100% pure new wool is sound-absorbing regulates humidity and improves the indoor climate in a natural manner.
Mural design RELIEF: Winner
Five different motifs with their opposites form the base of this design concept where variously sized circle segments are set on a square. By rotating the tiles, one gets countless possibilities for combination of the Relief. Their bi-coloured layers enlarge the scope for design and provide special attraction.
Seating ENNO: Special Mention
While sitting, the felt-covered stool Enno seesaws a bit back and forth. Due to its elliptical silhouette, this new felt furniture appears light and filigree. The cover made of wool felt in 3 mm thickness is exchangeable. The bottom is coated with felt in 5 mm thickness.
