Hansgrohe Made Changes in Top Management

hansgrohe-logoSiegfried Gaensslen will turn over his office to Thorsten Klapproth.

 

On October 1st, 2014, Siegfried Gaensslen (68), long-time CEO of Hansgrohe SE, will turn over his office to Thorsten Klapproth (52). For the past ten years, Thorsten Klapproth successfully led the Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik AG (WMF AG), in Geislingen an der Steige (Southern Germany).

 

Siegfried Gaensslen has been with the Hansgrohe Group for 20 years. He is largely responsible for the company’s development into one of the world’s most successful sanitary manufacturers. Especially noteworthy is the implementation of Hansgrohe’s successful globalization strategy, Siegfried Gaensslen’s leading role in the enhancement of the company’s innovative power, as well as the group’s significant performance improvement.

 

Until May 2015 Siegfried Gaensslen will advise Keith Allman, President and CEO of the Masco Corporation (Taylor, Michigan, USA), with the international alignment of the Masco Group as his International Executive Advisor.
