During the recently concluded Milan Design Week, GROHE Vice President of Design, Michael Seum presented their latest innovations under the motto “A View on Innovation”.
The new GROHE Sensia® Arena is a shower toilet that relies solely on the power of water to take personal hygiene to a new level. GROHE Sensia® Arena offers numerous innovative features to not only clean the skin gently and thoroughly but also meets the highest standards in terms of toilet bowl hygiene. At the same time, its clear shapes and lozenge shaped silhouette make an attractive design statement in modern bathrooms.
Another example of the perfect combination of good looks and great functionality is the new GROHE Rainshower® SmartControl. Its smart push-button technology affords the ultimate showering pleasure in 3D: Drücken, Drehen, Duschen – push, turn, shower. Three buttons are all it takes to control and save all settings. The combined push and turn buttons control the water flow and the flow rate – pushing them will start the water flow, while turning them adjusts the intensity of the spray. Combining different spray patterns or switching from head shower to hand shower is also possible at the simple press of a button. This all-in-one solution is not only about innovative technology. The organic shapes of the GROHE Rainshower® SmartControl make the new shower system a stylish eye-catcher for any bathroom.
In addition, GROHE products were also displayed at the exhibition “different suites X different people” by Simone Micheli. On the occasion of Milan Design Week, the renowned architect created four hotel suites dedicated to four hotel chains.
With the simulations, Simone Micheli shows new interpretations of the styles of the hotel chains complemented with an energetic mix of arts. For the special experience in the bathrooms, the suites are equipped with the new GROHE Rainshower® SmartControl shower system as well as with GROHE flush systems and wall plates.
