Gallery Design Riyadh ShowroomGallery Design – the first multi-line interiors showroom in the Middle East offering internationally renowned brands – celebrates this week with a unique event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The event, which takes place between the 5th and 8th of May, will highlight Gallery Design’s international brands as well as new additions that are being showcased – some for the first time in Saudi Arabia.

The opening reception included special talks and presentations by some of the gallery’s suppliers and their representatives. Guests and clients marveled at some of the latest items showcased at Gallery Design’s Riyadh Showroom including items from Barovier & Toso, Nada Debs, JNL, de Sede, MDF Italia, and Clouds by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec.
Clouds is an innovative, sophisticated and colourful new tile concept for the home, designed by the internationally acclaimed Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, in collaboration with Kvadrat. The tiles can used as an installation or be hung from a wall or ceiling. Clouds evolves as you add elements to it, producing a unique three-dimensional effect, coating architecture in a fluid yet chaotic way.

Italian brand Poltrona Frau took center stage with one of their expert craftsmen working on building a Chester Sofa right in front of the attending audience, producing a final product by the closing reception.

The opening reception also unveiled Maserati’s model range including their newly launched Maserati Ghibli, a car that held breath of all – customers, fans and competitors alike. The Ghibli is considered as one of the corner stones of Maserati’s future – the first ever luxury sports executive sedan from Maserati, a car that appeals to the heart, the head and the soul. The outline of the body reflects a coupé-like philosophy for the four-door sedan, while there are noticeable feline hints around the Ghibli’s grille and headlights. The pronounced grille draws a line back to the iconic A6 GCS of the 1950s. The shape of the headlights converges onto the Trident symbol, with every angle designed to attract the eye to Maserati’s legendary marque.

The Ghibli enters the E-segment of the sports premium market with a tangible advantage in cabin craftsmanship and detailing. It also sets itself apart with a unique, cockpit-inspired dashboard design that perfectly matches its sporty and youthful character without compromising on the highest level of refinement and sophistication. Key elements such as the 8.4″ Maserati Touch Control and the fine Poltrona Frau® leather finish underline the cabin’s timeless sporting character. Optional features include the 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins high end audio system, WLAN based WiFi and a wide range of customization options that cater for the most demanding individuals.
