Fendi Casa brings new expressive dimension to the Salone del Mobile 2014. This innovative and contemporary furnishing idea follows the common thread of a life style that interprets tradition with a modern twist.
The design is exalted by the combination of never before seen colour plays with clean, balanced shapes. Furniture and furniture items, in keeping with Fendi Casa’s style, express elegance with equilibrium: materials and shapes rethink the idea of beauty while placing great emphasis on details and finishes. This unique backdrop frames a new collaboration with Thierry Lemaire, architect, designer and decorator, for a refined and eclectic offering, a commemoration of Fendi Casa’s heritage: Star furnishings, Stardust chairs and Artu seats. These pieces are like sculptures, expressive worksfull of harmony, energy and a characteristic sense of proportion: rigorous lines, at times aerodynamic, that confer strength and an immediate presence. The furniture contradistinguishes itself for unusual pairings of materials, both simple and precious, rough and smooth.
Fendi Casa Contemporary line, designed by Toan Nguyen sets and completes its offering with flexible solutions, a call to hospitality and comfort. It is a balanced blend of two worlds- design and fashion- that mutually influence and complete each other. A modern, balanced view of essential concepts that materialize in the new Diagonal and Hampto sofas, as with the unprecedented intimism of the Cocoon line, now expanded with the low-seated modular sofa version.
