David Phillips has won trophy for Customer Service of the year and have added to the cabinet the award for Supplier of the year at the 2013/14 Landlord & Letting Awards.
The results were announced at last night’s Gala dinner at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire, which was presented by Martin Roberts of the BBC property auction show ‘Homes under the Hammer’.
Now in its sixth year, the Landlord & Letting Awards were introduced to recognise and reward excellence and contribute to raising standards in the Private Rented Sector. The judging panel includes heads of landlords associations and other industry experts.
Commenting, Andrew Clark, Managing Director at David Phillips said: “This year has been all about listening to our customers and using their feedback to improve our service. This has required a huge effort from everyone in our teams from our account directors to the delivery drivers, but all of the hard work has paid off and these awards are recognition for that.
“As this point, we would like to thank our customers for taking the time to give us your feedback. Without you telling us what works, what doesn’t work and what you would like to see us do, we wouldn’t be able to make our business better.”

Winning the double this year makes it even more special and is an achievement that the team deserves a lot of credit for. We are not a company that rests on its laurels so our ambition for next year will be to do the double-double.”
