The company’s ‘Amazing Sale’ – which runs from 27th September until 2nd November – incorporates more than 300 products, including best sellers and recently launched items. A dedicated website will inform consumers where their nearest showroom is and where they can find ranges they are specifically looking to view.
A national and local advertising campaign highlighting the sale will run across all regions of the UK and Ireland. In addition, independent retailers will receive free advert templates, glossy images, a 156-page dedicated catalogue, and a point of sale pack for their showroom.
Crosswater said that although buying online ‘appears to be more convenient and aims to take the stress out of home improvement’, consumers are missing out on the benefits of using independent retailers, which include design advice, local after-sales support and installation by a local professional.
‘Some showrooms can even offer a 3D preview of your new bathroom before you buy it, which can offer a real benefit when dealing with specific room measurements, or simply trying to grasp an idea of what the finished product will look like,’ the company added.
