Bathroom products supplier Bristan will be helping plumbing installers ‘grow their business, make extra money or have happier customers’ in 2014 by following its five top tips.

 

The Midlands-based business earlier this year called on the nation’s plumbers to tell it exactly what they require so it could shape its offering, marketing and customer service around their needs. Now, in a continuation of these efforts to ‘make life easier’, Bristan has told plumbers they need to keep up with the latest trends in interior design; look for products that are easier to install to increase efficiency and productivity; advise and upsell; think of smart phones as an extra tool; and – for productivity and health and safety purposes – get organised.
