Since 2003, 100% Norway exhibition, one of the London Design Festival, is showcasing the best of Norwegian furniture and product design to an international audience of professionals, aficionados and the public.
The look and feel of the exhibition draws inspiration from Norway’s untamed natural landscape, its vast stretch of ocean and rugged mountain scape. This provides the ideal backdrop to a wide-ranging exhibition focused on the themes of curiosity, experimentation and innovation.
Characterised by continuous lines and patterns, UNO originates from observing the moments of interaction between children and adults, which generally require a lower sitting position than normal chairs. It allows parents to remain flexible and active, while avoiding the bad postures necessitates by playing on floors. Lightweight and portable, it’s a playful and inventive seating solution suitable for use in homes, schools and nurseries.
