B&B Italia will take part in the second edition of Salone del Mobile Milano.Shanghai with an exhibition space of over 150 square meters offering a selection of B&B Italia and Maxalto furnishings for the living and night areas.
In line with the visual identity of the retail projects currently being developed by the company for the Asian market, the layout reflects the design and brand identity of B&B Italia and Maxalto, while underscoring those aesthetic elements that are particularly akin to the Asian world.
This year, the exhibition includes the Arclinea Convivium kitchen, conceived as a space to be ‘lived in’, encompassing worktops alongside a dining and living area. Designed by Antonio Citterio, the kitchen comprises three distinct elements that create an essential yet sophisticated architecture, for a comprehensive and roomy environment. Arclinea’s Convivium island fits perfectly with Maxalto’s Convivium storage unit, which alters the perception of the room and becomes an integral part thereof.
The presence of B&B Italia at the Shanghai event highlights the importance of the Chinese market in the field of contemporary furniture design, and reflects the growing interest of Chinese consumers for Italian excellence.
The Salone del Mobile Milano.Shanghai is going to be held from November 23 to 25, 2017 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
