TEAM 7, the multiple design-award winning Austrian firm that is the European leader in the production of natural solid wood furniture and accessories, is the bearer of good news: with a turnover of 80 million euros, growth of two percent on the previous year, investments in new international openings, and participation in new trade fairs and events, TEAM 7 reaffirms its continuing expansion, in contrast with general trends within the sector. What’s more, a remarkable six international design awards already conferred, mostly for the innovative products treeO, mylon, sidekick and cubus pure in Venetian oak, bear witness to the Austrian company’s skill in combining natural wood, traditional craftsmanship and design at the highest levels.
Reaffirming its continuing growth once more, in clear contrast with current trends for the furniture sector, this European leader in the production of natural solid wood furniture and accessories with multiple award winning designs is taking part in the Salone del Mobile in Milan for the seventh time, and announcing new international openings.
A remarkable six international design awards have already been won since the beginning of the year for the new-for-2014 products treeO, sidekick, mylon and cubus pure in Venetian oak, confirming the unique nature of the TEAM 7 brand, which succeeds in blending the exceptional charm of wood and traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design: these characteristics are seen amongst others in the new kitchen loft, also presented this year at Eurocucina, and offering a contemporary expression of an urban country style.
With a turnover that reached 80 million euros in 2013, registering an increase of two percent on the previous year, TEAM 7 reaffirms its position as a key player in the natural living sector, thanks in part to the extraordinary know-how it has accumulated in wood working. “We are very proud of this excellent result, because it is the fruit of the hard work we put in on a daily basis in order to offer our customers a product of superlative quality, in terms not only of the materials used, but above all of the care taken in production, defending the environment and flying the flag for avant-garde design,” comments Georg Emprechtinger, the sole proprietor and CEO of TEAM 7.
