Recently presented during Clerkenwell Design Week, the Work Series system is designed to meet the requirements of the modern creative workplace.
The range features wooden chairs and stools, a modular shelving system, and a work desk with integrated accessories. The pieces are aimed at the creative industries but have been designed to be adaptable for a range of environments.
The Work Series tables or sections come in a range of sizes. Users can join the middle and end sections to make a large desk perfect for sharing or they can alternatively opt for the standard height or tall individual desks.
The Work Series shelving system can be arranged playfully or systematically allowing different configurations of both the back board and shelves.
A selection of Work accessories are cleverly slot into the cable channel that allows the desk to be further personalised, with custom made solid brass components adding warmth.
Another Country design director, Catherine Aitken said: “We frequently customise furniture to meet our clients’ needs, so it was logical with our Work series to offer more flexibility as standard. We looked to design a system that could be adapted for a number of different types and sizes of workplace.”
Another Country created the collection to introduce a warmer and more domestic atmosphere to the workplace, while still offering the flexibility that many offices need. The Work desk and shelving is available in natural oak and a selection of coloured laminate finishes.
