Ambiente Frankfurt brings together Accessories & Jewellery retail suppliers in Hall 9.2

ambiente hall9.2The Ambiente show to be held in Frankfurt from February 10 to 14, 2017 is planning to put all suppliers in the Accessories and Jewellery product group together exclusively in one place for the first time. This particular mix of products contains personal accessories, fashion items, bags, leather goods – and, indeed, jewellery, too – for all requirements.

 
Yvonne Engelmann, Giving and Living Director at Ambiente, says, “The efficacy of retailers and the added value that we provide for them in the multi-layered complementary programme is our first priority in planning Hall 9.2.” For buyers, that means short walking distances and creates space for networking, for inspiration about selling and perspectives on the future.

 
The range of products in Hall 9.2 is provided by established exhibitors like the German fashion accessories brand, Dazzl, or fashion jewellery manufacturers Lizas from Hanover. Added to that, in 2017, there are exhibitors like Adelheid, Chi Chi Fan Hamburg or Sonnen-Leder, who presented their products in Halls 9.0, 11.0 and 11.1 up to the previous season. New to the show here are Laimer, Italian producer of wooden watches, and Swiss lifestyle handbag manufacturer Prodis Design.

 
Two cafés are an integral part of Hall 9.2. They provide networking opportunities as well as offering an inviting venue for lectures, a catwalk and the added bonus of some really nice food. Café Silver provides visitors with snacks and refreshments in the centre of the hall. Café Gold on the western side of the hall is significantly larger and equipped with a large stage.

 
The Ambiente Academy offers a wide range of lectures for established retailers, who are, perhaps, honing their online presence or planning an e-commerce strategy. Putting together an attractive mix of core and supplementary ranges is an important step on the road to retail success. Also required are techniques to clearly identify the specific needs of customers seeking advice, or ways of enhancing the appeal of a shop through clever displays of products. The lectures on the stage of Café Gold are aimed at all Ambiente product groups.

 
Alongside the programme of lectures, Café Gold offers two fashion shows on each day of the fair. Fashion, jewellery and accessories – items from selected exhibitors will be shown by models here. They will provide a lively presentation of the accents to be set by the spring and summer collections.

 
The ‘Next Boulevard’ stretches like a ribbon from north to south across Hall 9.2. Here, young companies, who have already made a successful start in their home markets, will be presenting jewellery, accessories and fashion items. As part of the Next sponsorship programme, 14 suitable candidates have been selected by Messe Frankfurt. These companies will be taking their next step at Ambiente, with a view to further consolidating their position and establishing contacts which will enable them to enter international markets.
